Who is The Durham Vlogger Eats?

 If you've seen any episodes of Slightly off Script, you will have come across a man named 'The Durham Vlogger.' Well, he is exactly that - a vlogger from Durham.

Kev started his channel on the 19th August 2021, with his earliest video, uploaded on the same day, being  a video of him exploring Wharton Park, Durham. On the same day, he also uploaded a video of him and Mrs B ("Bridlington and Premier Inn review") of him walking around Bridlington.

Of course, the Durham Vlogger is famous for his local food reviews. The first food video he uploaded was "The best steak and Ale pie." The video is a time lapse of him and Mrs B eating a steak and ale pie. As with most of his videos, he rated it positively.

After his first food video, he went back to a travel and vlog-style format. He then did a review on an afternoon tea at Teesdale Coach House, then went back to a vlog style, then uploaded "HUMBLE PIE AND MASH WHITBY" Where he reviewed the Humble Pie and Mash shop in Whitby. The video gained 16k views, making it his second most popular at the time and most popular food review.

After this video, he alternated between vlog style videos and food reviews. He then did multiple different vlogs in Tenerife, including a hotel review, two fish and chip reviews, a breakfast reviews, and multiple of him and his wife riding around Tenerife on a mobility scooter. 
After returning to Durham, his focus shifts to mainly food - related videos suddenly. This results in a string of supermarket cafe breakfast reviews, with his Morrison's cafe review being one of the only negatively rated ones. He then shifts to a kitchen-orientated style, bringing home cafe food and reviewing it in his kitchen, and making ready meals and reviewing them. He then switches back to restaurant style reviews, the way it would stay to date. As he uploaded more, his popularity grew quickly. Most of his videos were gaining over 2k views. 
At some point, he uploaded a video which gained significant attention after fellow food reviewer Gary Eats reviewed the same restaurant and gave a shoutout. This lead to a rapid acceleration in views and subscribers.
As of now, The Durham Vlogger is growing at a steady pace. 
He appeared in his first podcast around September 2025, on The Annoying Voices Podcast (2025 -2026.) 
He now appears as a recurring guest on Slightly Off Script, appearing in every episode since the pilot. Contrary to popular belief, the Durham Vlogger and Mrs B are not the co-hosts of the show. T.Wrecked is the main hosts, they are the guests. In a recent episode of Slightly off Script, a listener submission suggested The Durham Vlogger have his own podcast. We are considering it, and are opening a public consultation on whether or not to produce him a podcast.
In a nutshell, The Durham Vlogger Eats is a humorous food reviewer who explores Durham and eats food.
